Panayotis MouaimisPosition: Legal Consultant Panayotis Mouaimis was born in Paralimni, Famagusta District, Cyprus, on 9 November 1954. Panayotis was admitted as Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus in 1980. Panayotis studied law at Athens University, Law School (LL.B) and obtained an LL.M degree on Company Law and Insurance Law at London University, King's College London. Panayotis founded Mouaimis & Mouaimis Advocates in 1990. On 1 January 2012 Mouaimis & Mouaimis Advocates was converted into a lawyers’ limited company under the name Mouaimis & Mouaimis LLC. From 1 January 2012 until 31 May 2023, Panayotis served as Senior Partner / Managing Director of Mouaimis & Mouaimis LLC. As from 1 June 2023, Panayotis serves Mouaimis & Mouaimis LLC as Legal Consultant. Panayotis was a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and the Limassol Bar Association for 42 years. Michalis P. MouaimisPosition: Managing Partner – Director Michalis was born in Limassol, Cyprus on 14 December 1980. He was admitted as Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus in 2006. He studied Law at Athens University, Law School (2000 - 2004) and graduated with an LL.B Merit degree. He obtained an LL.M degree in International Business Law at London University, University College London with Merit. He also obtained a Master 2 Professional in International Commercial Law at University of Paris 1, Pantheon - Sorbonne with grade Bien (equivalent to 2:1). He is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and Limassol Bar Association since 2006. His professional interests focus on company law, banking and finance law, business and commercial law (both local and international), competition law, dispute resolution, arbitration, international tax law. Michalis has considerable experience on corporate and finance transactions, re-organizations, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate insolvency, advising banks and corporate clients on a number of issues including preparation and negotiation of legal documentation. His experience includes acting as Cyprus counsel to leading international financial institutions. Michalis is recommended for Banking and Finance and Corporate and M&A matters by the Legal 500 Europe Middle East and Africa (www.legal500.com). Andriani MouaimiPosition: Managing Partner – Director Andriani Mouaimi was born in Limassol, Cyprus, on 5 June 1986. She studied law at Bristol University (2004 - 2007) and graduated with an LL.B Honours 2:1. She obtained an LL.M. degree on Finance Law and Commercial Law at London University, King's College London with Merit. She was admitted as Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus in 2009. She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and Limassol Bar Association. She has successfully completed an official examination in December 2018 and has become a duly licensed insolvency practitioner pursuant to the Cyprus Insolvency Practitioners Law enacted on 7 May 2015. Olga Lambrou - IoannouPosition: Senior Associate Olga Lambrou was born in Limassol, Cyprus, on 20 July 1978. She was admitted as Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus in 2002.
