09 February 2016 Mr. Panayotis Mouaimis - Insolvency PractitionerWe are delighted to announce that Mr. Panayotis Mouaimis, the Founder Partner of our firm, has become a duly licensed insolvency practitioner having succeeded in an official examination held in November 2015, the results of which were published on 5 February 2016. Acting as liquidator, provisional liquidator, receiver or examiner under the Cyprus Companies Law or as trustee in bankruptcy of an individual may only be undertaken by duly licensed insolvency practitioners or by the Official Receiver. |
