Mouaimis & Mouaimis Advocates coverts to an LLC

Mouaimis & Mouaimis Advocates has converted to a lawyers’ limited company (LLC) status under Cyprus law.

The conversion takes effect from 1 January 2012 and the firm will operate as a lawyers’ limited liability company under the name "Mouaimis & Mouaimis LLC".

The reason for the conversion is to enable Mouaimis & Mouaimis Advocates to operate under a corporate status, being a modern and more practicable business structure for the international nature of our business. The corporate status does not affect the quality of the services that we provide or the way in which we operate.
